This membership is available for your use for a 12 month period. The charge for the membership is $100.00 Once purchased, the membership is available to the person whose name is on the card (unless other arrangements are made per the manager). Memberships may be purchased as a gift for someone else (it will be put in the recipients name). Membership cards must be presented each time a service or product is purchased.
