Appointments and Cancellations
For new clients, it is preferred that you come in ten minutes early to get acquainted with our facility and enjoy a tour of our spa.  For most services, we require a credit card deposit.  If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged half of the service fee.  Cancellations made the day of the appointment and no shows will be charged the full service fee. No shows will be charged the full service fee to that card number.  For gift certificates, we would deduct half of the value. Gift certificates must be present to receive service. A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time.  Your treatment may be shorter or may be rescheduled, so the next guest may begin on time.

Gratuities
Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk.  The normal gratuity fee of 15% is not included in the service fee.  Gratuities are one of the most appreciated ways to compliment the service received!

Coupons/Promotional Items
We offer seasonal specials throughout the year.  Feel free to ask your aesthetician about current and upcoming promotions.  Please note, coupons do not apply to Salon Packages.  Offers are one per person and non-transferable.

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates must be present to redeem services.

Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept cash, Mastercard and Visa.  We also accept debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo only.  Gift certificate credit may be used for services only.  No monetary refunds are given for services or products.
